We support people where they are at by nurturing reading skills, rebuilding confidence with literacy and numeracy, and offering compassionate bereavement support, to help individuals move forward with confidence, capability and hope, because we believe everyone deserves to be seen, supported and given the chance to thrive.

Support for Reading Service (for Primary and Secondary School Pupils)

We offer a service to local schools where we will listen to children read from a book of their choice or one that the class teacher has provided.

The Bereavement Journey Course

The Bereavement Journey is a course provided by the charity AtaLoss for adults who have experienced a bereavement at any time. It helps people to understand the various ways that grief and bereavement can impact them.

Literacy and Numeracy Support (coming later in 2026)

We are inviting expressions of interest for a service that will offer targeted support in literacy and numeracy to young people who are struggling with school.

Support for Parents and Carers (coming later in 2026)

We plan to offer support to parents/carers who are struggling with worry/anxiety around their child(ren) and school. The nature of the support offered will be tailored to the family - examples could be: Sleep Scotland support, Group Triple P* course to help manage behaviours, money advice and support.
